Anthropic
About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About The Role Anthropic is seeking a Global Partner Lead to own and scale our strategic partnership with Deloitte, one of the world's largest systems integrators. In this role, you will be the architect of a multi-dimensional global relationship spanning co‑selling, channel enablement, solution development, and joint go‑to‑market execution. You will be accountable for transforming this partnership into a major revenue driver while ensuring both companies capture significant value from the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
This is a high‑impact role requiring someone who can operate at the executive level with Deloitte's global leadership while simultaneously driving tactical wins across priority markets. You will own the strategic roadmap, investment decisions, and revenue accountability for what will become one of Anthropic's most important partnerships.
Responsibilities
Own the complete relationship with Deloitte across all dimensions: sell‑to (Deloitte as customer), sell‑with (joint selling to enterprise accounts), and sell‑through (Deloitte‑led channel sales)
Define partnership investment strategy, market and vertical prioritization, and overall architecture for mutual value creation
Lead pursuit and closure of significant enterprise deals that establish Claude as the standard for AI within Deloitte's client base
Build and maintain executive relationships within Deloitte's C‑suite, identifying and influencing their largest transformation opportunities
Develop competitive differentiation messaging and comprehensive enablement programs across Deloitte's global workforce
Create sales tools, training curricula, and certification programs that equip Deloitte professionals to effectively position Claude
Partner with Deloitte leadership to build production‑grade solutions powered by Claude, including reference architectures and industry‑specific accelerators
Establish success criteria for joint accounts, ensure proper implementation support, and create feedback loops for continuous improvement
Own the partnership's P&L contribution and establish metrics and governance that ensure both companies are achieving their goals
You're a good fit if
Have 10+ years of experience managing strategic partnerships with Deloitte or comparable tier‑one systems integrators (Accenture, PwC, Capgemini, IBM)
Possess existing VP+ level relationships within Deloitte's global leadership
Have previously owned partnerships generating $100M+ in influenced or direct revenue
Have led or significantly influenced enterprise deals exceeding $10M in contract value
Understand the mechanics of complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and can engage effectively with C‑suite buyers
Have built partnerships in high‑growth technology categories where partner enablement, competitive positioning, and technical differentiation were critical
Have operated successfully in global roles requiring coordination across multiple geographies and cultures
Have carried revenue targets and understand P&L management, forecasting, and channel partnership economics
Combine strategic vision with execution discipline—equally comfortable presenting to executives and working directly on deal strategy
Strong candidates may also
Have deep familiarity with the AI landscape and can articulate Claude's technical and philosophical differentiation
Bring experience building partnership programs, metrics, and operating cadences from scratch
Have a track record of creating structure while maintaining speed and avoiding bureaucracy
Demonstrate intellectual rigor in partnership strategy paired with pragmatism in execution
Role‑specific logistics This role can be based in San Francisco or New York, with significant travel expected (40–50%) to engage with Deloitte leadership globally and support opportunities in priority regions.
Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary
– $248,500—$297,500 USD
Logistics
– Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Location‑based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
How We're Different We believe that the highest‑impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large‑scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long‑term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest‑impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
