Head of Demand Generation – Based in San Francisco
About the Role We’re seeking a
Head of Demand Generation
to design and execute a world-class pipeline creation strategy for a fast-growing SaaS organisation. This is a high-impact leadership position where you’ll own demand generation across multiple channels, driving qualified opportunities and accelerating revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
Develop and lead the demand generation strategy across paid media, content, events, and ABM.
Build and manage a high-performing team focused on pipeline creation and conversion.
Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to align campaigns with ICP and revenue goals.
Own demand generation metrics—pipeline, CAC, ROI—and report directly to the executive team.
Experiment with new channels and tactics to keep us ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with at least 3 years in a demand generation leadership role.
Proven track record of scaling pipeline and influencing revenue growth in high-velocity environments.
Deep expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset with a creative approach to campaign execution.
Experience working closely with Sales and Product teams to drive alignment and results.
