Summary We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on Head of Demand Generation to lead and scale our revenue‑driving marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a B2B SaaS marketer with deep experience in the mid‑market space who knows how to build, measure, and optimize campaigns that deliver real pipeline and revenue impact. You'll lead a team of talented marketers and partner cross‑functionally to fuel growth through innovative, data‑driven programs.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of demand generation marketers.
Develop and scale multi‑channel programs to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition.
Execute Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) strategies in partnership with SDRs and Sales teams to engage high‑priority accounts.
Collaborate with strategic partners on co‑marketing initiatives to expand reach and influence pipeline.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic, and retargeting platforms.
Leverage advanced targeting tactics such as intent data, lookalike audiences, and predictive analytics.
Drive go‑to‑market execution using tools like Outreach.io, Drift, Qualified, Chili Piper, and CommonRoom.
Enhance engagement through personalized gifting and direct mail using tools like Sendoso, Alyce, and ReachDesk.
Track and report performance across the funnel, including campaign ROI, lead conversion, and CAC.
Manage and optimize use of marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce, SAP).
Own the demand generation budget and strategic planning process.
Stay current with SaaS industry trends, marketing innovations, and competitor strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven success in demand generation leadership roles within B2B SaaS, specifically mid‑market.
Deep experience with ABM platforms such as 6Sense, Demandbase, Mutiny, or Folloze.
Hands‑on experience with paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Metadata.io).
Strong familiarity with GTM tools like Outreach.io, Qualified, Drift, Clay.io, and Pocus.
Proficiency in marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce, SAP).
Comfortable working with webinar and event tools (Zoom, Goldcast, Cvent, Splash).
Experience with direct mail/gifting platforms (Sendoso, Alyce, ReachDesk).
Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics tools like Tableau, Looker, Domo, Google Analytics, and Bizible.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Strategic thinker who can execute tactically in a fast‑paced, growth‑stage environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
MBA is a plus!
