Responsibilities
Monday- Friday Schedule, 8:00am-5:00pm
With some oversite from 5:00-7:00pm
Ambulatory Clinic in Brighton- Outpatient services focusing on routine, preventative and diagnostic care as well as treatment for acute and chronic conditions.
Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and appropriate staff coverage
Supervise, train and support new RNs and MAs across primary care, lab, and satellite service areas
Provide training, mentoring, and ongoing clinical education for new and existing staff
Serve as Site Vaccine Manager, coordinating inventory and vaccination tracking
Collaborate with leadership on staffing, performance improvement, and recruitment efforts
Conduct annual evaluations and address personnel matters in partnership with HR
Manage clinical supplies, equipment functionality, and compliance with safety standards
Maintain up-to-date workflows, policies, and procedures
Act as a clinical RN when needed and support interdisciplinary collaboration
Requirements
Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts
Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing strongly preferred
Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience
Experience in Community Health or Primary Care setting required
Bilingual or Bicultural Preferred- Spanish, Portuguese or Haitian- Creole
Current BLS certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office
