What You’ll Do
Drive operational excellence with strong financial acumen and strategic budget management.
Lead, motivate, and empower a dedicated team to deliver exceptional, person‑centered care.
Design and implement forward‑thinking programs that promote quality outcomes and resident satisfaction.
Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Communicate with clarity, empathy, and confidence to build trust among staff, residents, and families.
What You’ll Bring
Current MA NHA license.
Two or more years of experience in a skilled nursing or post‑acute care setting (preferred).
Proven leadership and problem‑solving abilities to successfully manage day‑to‑day operations.
