Responsibilities
Demonstrate strong financial management and budgetary skills.
Plan, organize, develop, and implement program goals and objectives necessary to provide quality care.
Work well independently and collaborate effectively to manage diverse needs.
Have strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and areas of specialty care.
Possess exceptional communication skills.
Demonstrate empathy and good listening skills to staff, residents, and families.
Qualifications
Must possess NHA license in the state of MA.
Two years of experience in a skilled facility is preferred.
Strong leadership skills necessary to successfully manage day‑to‑day operations in accordance with all local, state, and federal codes, rules and regulations.
