Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner – Cross Country Search – Brighton, MA. Salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year.
Job Overview Full‑time opportunity delivering direct patient care, workplace injury evaluation and treatment, pre‑employment screenings, and health education programs to promote employee wellness, ensure OSHA compliance, and support a culture of safety and productivity.
Responsibilities Provide independent, self‑directed care for pre‑employment screenings, workplace injuries, exposures, fitness‑for‑duty evaluations, and follow‑ups. Serve as the sole on‑site provider, guide clinical protocols, and collaborate with internal departments and safety teams.
Qualifications
Active MA Nurse Practitioner license and DEA registration
Certified by ANCC or another accredited NP organization
3+ years of current clinical nursing experience
2+ years of experience in adult practice
Willingness to serve as sole provider on‑site
