Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive health assessments and provide clinical care for employees.
Develop and implement health and safety programs.
Collaborate with employers to promote a safe working environment.
Manage and treat work-related injuries and illnesses.
Educate employees on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
Registration with the State of Massachusetts.
DEA certification.
ANCC certification.
Minimum of 3 years of current nursing experience.
At least 2 years of experience in adult practice.
Skills
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational health.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in electronic medical records and healthcare technology.
