The Role We're hiring a Senior Sales Leader to win and grow enterprise healthcare accounts that value speed, reliability, and scale. You'll sell a solution that can produce vetted talent shortlists within hours, support high‑volume multi‑site req loads, and deliver fills in days - not weeks. You'll also bring Adept's matching API into the conversation, giving facilities a smarter, software‑driven way to hire.

This role is for senior dealmakers who want to close

big

contracts and represent a delivery engine that actually performs at enterprise scale.

What You'll Do

Sell into health systems, hospitals, and multi‑site operators - focusing on large, strategic partnerships.

Lead full‑cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, pitching, solution design, negotiation, and close.

Demonstrate our speed advantage with real data: instant high‑fit shortlists, rapid compliance, and dramatically reduced time‑to‑fill.

New multi‑site or systemwide contracts

What We're Looking For

Proven experience closing

six- or seven‑figure

enterprise deals (staffing, healthcare services, or related)

Ability to engage senior operational, HR, and clinical leaders

Comfort selling both talent delivery and technology products

Strong commercial instincts and confidence navigating long sales cycles

Excitement about representing a fast, tech‑enabled delivery engine
