The Role The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and scaling Lucid's recruiting team. This role oversees recruiter performance, workflow efficiency, candidate experience, and talent strategy. You will be hands‑on in daily operations while also driving long‑term recruiting strategy, training, and performance management.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with a strong staffing and people‑management background who thrives in a fast‑growing environment and knows how to drive accountability, performance, and culture at scale.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of healthcare recruiters
Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance and KPI expectations
Coach recruiters on sourcing, screening, closing, and candidate management
Conduct performance reviews, one‑on‑ones, and development planning
Build a culture of accountability, urgency, quality, and support
Operational Excellence
Optimize recruiter workflows, ATS utilization, and compliance handoffs
Track KPIs including time‑to‑fill, submission ratios, fill rates, extension rates, and candidate satisfaction
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Collaborate with Operations & Compliance to ensure seamless onboarding
Hiring & Scaling
Help hire and onboard new recruiters as Lucid continues to grow
Build standardized training, onboarding, and recruiter playbooks
Support leadership in long‑term headcount planning and team structure
Required Qualifications
6+ years healthcare staffing/recruiting experience
3+ years in a leadership or team‑lead role preferred
Deep understanding of travel staffing, compliance, licensing, and credentialing
Proficient with ATS platforms and recruiting technology
Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Highly organized, metrics‑driven, and execution‑oriented
