Co‑op Program Overview
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program, authorized to work in the United States full‑time, and available from July 13, 2026 through December 4, 2026. The hybrid work environment requires a minimum of three days a week in the office. Please submit your resume with your cumulative GPA; transcripts may be requested at a future date.

Role Overview Fulfillment Order Management System (OMS) is a software platform that tracks sales, orders, inventory, and fulfillment across multiple channels (e.g., online store, marketplace, physical retail). It acts as the central hub for managing the entire order lifecycle. Fulfillment applications focus specifically on the picking, packing, shipping, and delivery aspects of the order process.
The Co‑op will monitor order statuses and ensure timely progression through stages, flag or help resolve exceptions, document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for using OMS or fulfillment apps, assist in user training materials, respond to internal team queries about order status or inventory levels, and support customer service with order updates or issue resolutions.
Qualifications
Working toward a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong fundamentals of object‑oriented programming languages (Java or similar).
Strong fundamentals of data structures, ability to write and analyze SQL, and familiarity with GIT.
Basic understanding of APIs and microservices.
Ability to write unit test cases, curiosity to explore frameworks like Karate, and help automate services.
Ability to interpret data, spot trends, and solve problems logically.
Salary Range:
Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position. ME/NC/PA/SC: $20.90 – $35.70. IL/MA/MD: $22.80 – $37.30.
