SVP of Program Management (PgM), US West Region Join AECOM as the SVP of Program Management for the U.S. West region. This executive role reports to the Regional Chief Executive and the PgM Global Business Line Chief Executive, leading the Program Management business line within this region.

Job Description The role combines profit and loss responsibility with sales and growth leadership. You will set overall strategy, manage personnel, and oversee the performance of programs, projects, and pursuit activities across the regional PgM business line.

Key Responsibilities

Direct accountability for all PgM programs, projects, pursuits, and staff assigned to the PgM business line.

Accountable for supporting the success of PgM programs and staff assigned to other business lines.

Drive employee engagement and professional development across the business unit.

Provide industry leadership and represent AECOM in industry, municipal, state, and federal forums.

Act as the focal point of day‑to‑day communication between the region and the GBL teams.

Set, implement, and track business strategies, objectives, and financial outcomes.

Develop regional growth and business‑development strategy in collaboration with PgM leaders and account managers.

Report on all PgM bids in the region and ensure necessary PgM SME participation.

Coordinate capture and program teams for PgM bids and mobilization.

Analyze long, medium, and short‑term PgM opportunities with the Strategy, Sales & Growth team.

Plan and attain the annual Bookings target and maintain relevant backlog.

Work with local program and project managers to oversee ongoing performance and support delivery.

Ensure consistent application of the AECOM Way of Program Management across the portfolio.

Manage PgM P&L responsibilities including revenue, margin, DSO, G&A, SCM and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with Strategic Resourcing Leaders and HR to manage PgM resource levels.

Identify, pipeline, and succession‑plan regional talent.

Coordinate with regional digitization resources as applicable.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related field, plus extensive PgM experience including 10 years of leadership.

Proven leadership on major programs as the lead Program Director/Manager.

Extensive knowledge of the North America PgM market.

Significant experience in municipal, provincial, state, or intergovernmental agency programs and business development.

Proven track record managing financials for engineering and consulting contracts.
