What You Can Expect In This Role The Salesforce Technical Lead will be a key member of our Salesforce team, responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This role will involve hands‑on development and providing technical leadership and guidance to junior developers while ensuring successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, its architecture, best practices, and development methodologies, as well as strong technical leadership and communication skills.

What You’ll Do In This Role

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, leveraging expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni‑Channel.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers, mentoring junior members and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Lead discussions with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and architect solutions that meet business needs.

Architect and design solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform, including declarative configuration, Apex coding, Lightning components, and integrations with external systems.

Implement Salesforce data integration patterns to synchronize data between Salesforce and external systems.

Conduct code reviews, perform quality assurance checks, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Stay current with Salesforce technologies, releases, and industry trends, and make recommendations for adopting new features and functionalities.

Support agile development methodologies, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce development and provide guidance on technical architecture, solution design, and implementation strategies.

Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and system administrators, to deliver integrated solutions that meet business requirements and drive value.

Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, articulating technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide support during testing and deployment, and ensure the stability and performance of Salesforce applications.

Implement CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines in Salesforce using industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, and/or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable.

Extensive hands‑on experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX.

Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of developers to achieve excellence.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Strong problem‑solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high‑quality solutions.

Experience working in an Agile development environment, utilizing Azure DevOps.

Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a commitment to staying current with emerging Salesforce technologies and best practices.

Salary Range Information USD $91,838.00 - USD $191,328.00 /Yr. Range includes data points from multiple labor markets. Specific range is dependent on the labor market where the incumbent will be hired to perform the position. Starting salary is dependent on candidate qualifications and experience. For a narrower salary range specific to your labor market, please inquire.
