Job Description Accenture Federal Services is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the Washington D.C. area. In this role, you will apply process improvement and reengineering principles, methodologies, and structured approaches to effect process modernization and quality improvement efforts with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.
Here’s what you’ll do
Analyze business processes by mapping and evaluating as‑is process scope, objectives and steps.
Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, integrating new and improved processes with existing ones.
Recommend process, quality, and performance measurement improvements.
Assist with institutionalization by communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams and other stakeholders.
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training and orientation programs as needed to support process changes.
What you need
2+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis for system design, system architecture, business technical architecture, business system requirements definition, or similar.
1 year of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Bonus points if you have
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, or similar industry‑recognised certification strongly preferred for Senior to Expert levels.
Security Clearance
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Compensation & Location The base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is $93,400—$176,200 USD. Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
