Accenture Federal Services is looking for a ServiceNow Tester to improve reliability of new product development processes, maintain company quality standards, and review products, processes, and systems to determine where improvements can be made. Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures. Develop and define major and minor characteristics of quality, including quality metrics and scoring parameters, and determine requisite quality control resources for an actual task order. Establish and maintain a process for evaluating hardware, software, and associated documentation and/or assist in the evaluation. Conduct and/or participate in formal and informal reviews at pre‑determined points throughout the development life cycle. Requirements
1 year of experience testing in the ServiceNow platform. Bonus Points
ServiceNow certification. Security Clearance
Active TS/SCI is required. Compensation
The base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and Cleveland is: $93,400—$176,200 USD. Equal Employment Opportunity Statement
