Senior ServiceNow Platform Solution Architect
Work Location: Atlanta, GA. Duration: Long Term.
As a Practice Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and advising on end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. You will work closely with customers to gather requirements, translate business needs into scalable platform solutions, and ensure alignment with best practices. This role demands strong functional and technical knowledge across ServiceNow’s ecosystem along with consulting and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand business challenges and map them to ServiceNow capabilities.
Conduct requirement workshops, fit‑gap analysis, and solution presentations.
Define roadmaps for multi‑module ServiceNow adoption and maturity.
Lead design and configuration across multiple ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to: IRM/GRC – Policy, Risk, Audit, Compliance; HRSD – Employee Center, Lifecycle Events.
Define and enforce platform governance and development standards.
Provide technical and functional guidance to junior consultants and developers.
Review solution designs and ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
Support practice leadership in building accelerators, reusable components, and best practices.
Required Skills
Proven expertise in at least 3–4 major ServiceNow modules, with exposure to most others.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, integrations (REST/SOAP, MID server), and ATF.
Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow upgrades, scoped apps, and custom app development.
Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, and enterprise service delivery processes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Certifications – Preferred
CSA – Certified System Administrator
CIS in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SAM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, SecOps (Preferred)
CAD – Certified Application Developer
