Amo Realty is a small brokerage that provides each agent with at least 10–20 incoming real‑estate leads per week, including residential buyer and seller leads and commercial leads. We have a sustainable lead system that has been in place since 2007 and is designed for a small group of high‑volume agents.
Leads Overview We give each agent at least 10+ leads per week from a variety of sources such as Zillow and other industry providers. Residential buyer leads flood our system, and we also supply seller leads. Commercial leads primarily consist of leasing inquiries for office, restaurant, retail, industrial space, as well as larger commercial investment opportunities.
Commission Structure
80/20 split on your own leads for the first 3 years with an $18,000 cap
50/50 split on company‑provided leads
After 3 years, retain 100% of your own leads after a $5,000 cap
100% commission on personal real‑estate transactions
100% commission for nuclear family transactions
There are no desk fees, transaction fees, or monthly charges. We maintain a low‑turnover environment and look for agents who will close sales and stay with us long term.
