Amo Realty is a small real estate brokerage that provides agents with at least 10‑20+ incoming buyer & seller leads each week.
We are hiring in our MA office with opportunities for residential, seller, and commercial leads across Massachusetts.
Our high‑volume lead system has helped agents close large sales. A top agent closed a $22 million sale from one of our leads.
About Amo Realty Founded in Boston in 2007, our brokerage has 14 offices across 14 states. We offer a low‑turnover environment where agents stay long‑term.
Leads We provide at least 10+ residential buyer & seller leads per week from sources such as Zillow, and we also offer commercial leads.
Commission Structure
80/20 split on your own leads for the first 3 years, capped at $18,000 per year (100% split after cap in a calendar year)
After 3 years, agents keep 100% of your own leads after a $5,000 annual cap
50/50 split on company‑provided leads
100% commission on personal real estate transactions
No monthly fees, yearly fees, or transaction fees—just the split system
Requirements
Massachusetts Real Estate License is strictly required
