What You’ll Do The successful candidate will lead a team of Account Executives, primarily responsible for Enterprise accounts in the East region. You will directly manage a team of up to 8 field sales professionals, build and own the long‑term strategy for your region, and mentor the extended team of Inside Sales professionals and Solutions Engineers. You will work closely with peers in Systems Engineering, Consulting, and Field Marketing leadership. Executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire your team are critical to success.
Who You Are
8+ years of solution sales experience selling to large, complex enterprise organizations
5+ years of managing and leading a successful field sales team
Prior success in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales management
Proven track record of exceeding quotas
Box values community and in‑person collaboration. This field sales role requires regular travel (up to 50%) and a minimum of 3 days per week in the assigned office.
