Area Sales Manager – Home Warranty (B2B) | Seattle
We’re looking for a results-driven
Area Sales Manager
to lead our B2B business development efforts across Seattle. This is a
field-based sales role
focused on in-person relationship building with real estate professionals and growing our brand presence through strategic outreach.

What You’ll Do
Manage a home-based territory with daily field travel in Seattle
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and offices
Host in-office presentations, lunch-and-learns, and attend real estate events and conventions
Act as a knowledgeable resource for home warranty products and services
Track sales activity, outreach, and performance metrics in CRM software
