Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Commercial Sales Executive to spearhead our business-to-business (B2B) sales initiatives across diverse territories. In this pivotal role, you will drive growth by developing and retaining a commercial client base of large and small business drivers (brokers, law firms, investors, principals), acquiring new commercial business relationships, and maintaining existing accounts. You will have an ongoing responsibility for maintaining customer relationships and servicing their needs throughout the entire real estate transaction and beyond. Additionally, you will foster partnerships of trust that bring out the best in everyone, promoting teamwork. This role offers an exciting chance to lead territory management efforts and contribute significantly to our company's success on a national scale.
Key Responsibilities
Network:
Build client relationships, secure new orders from new prospects, and maintain and expand business with existing accounts.
Lead Generation:
Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on identifying cross-selling opportunities, gathering information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, websites, and other sources.
Prospecting:
Develop and execute a contact plan to include meetings and appointments with qualified lenders, attorneys, developers, brokers, and investors. Assess individual client needs and develop, present, and implement a plan to meet those needs.
Diligence:
Provide peace of mind and minimize risk through smart, timely action. Set realistic expectations that can be delivered.
Strategic Partners:
Develop your network of industry professionals and referral partners (Lenders, Escrow Officers, Investors, Attorneys, Developers, and Principals). Add value as an efficient, responsive contributor to client success.
Promote Services:
Present Fidelity National Title’s escrow, title, and closing solutions through networking, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
Client Education:
Identify opportunities to grow market share and provide ongoing education and support on Fidelity’s services.
Knowledge:
Develop thorough knowledge regarding title insurance, title policies, title coverage, title research, title issues and become fluent in title vernacular. You can’t sell what you don’t understand. Leverage experience to simplify a complex process. Also, know the market.

Requirements
Proven success in B2B sales
with a strong track record of driving growth through territory management, strategic prospecting, and relationship development with brokers, law firms, investors, and principals.
Experience in outside sales, business development, or account management
within commercial real estate or related industries, with the ability to deliver consultative solutions and technical expertise to clients.
Exceptional negotiation, closing, and presentation skills , supported by deep product knowledge and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.
Highly motivated and results-driven , demonstrating self-confidence, resilience, and the ability to exceed sales goals while fostering trust-based partnerships and collaborative teamwork.
Strong business acumen and technology proficiency , enabling effective communication of complex solutions and value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
1–2 years in sales, real estate, or related field preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).
Valid driver’s license
and reliable transportation.
