Overview We provide business solutions that help businesses grow faster and run smoother. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will prospect, pitch, and close deals with small to mid‑sized businesses, building a strong pipeline and creating your own sales story.
Responsibilities
Seal the Deal – Close sales and help businesses level up with our top‑notch solutions.
Work with your District Manager – Collaborate to set key appointments and maximize sales potential.
Network to Build Referral Partnerships – Continuously generate new leads.
Master the Art of the Pitch – Schedule and wow business owners with how our product can help them thrive.
Become a Business Whisperer – Understand customer needs and present the right solutions.
Desired Skills & Capabilities
Networking and communication excellence.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Driven sales hunter mentality.
Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
Urgency – follow through with speed and precision.
Comfort with cold‑calling and face‑to‑face conversations.
Payments industry experience preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license (regular driving required to visit client sites).
Background check and mandatory drug screening as required by law.
Live in the area relative to the job posting location.
Field presence – minimum 75% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
At least two years of relevant experience.
Compensation
Base Salary: $40,000.
Residual Income: Earn from ongoing client success.
Monthly/Quarterly Bonuses for exceeding quota and achieving sales goals.
On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+.
