Territory Sales Manager (packaging industry) Base pay range: $95,000 – $140,000 per year.

We are seeking a high‑energy, results‑driven Permanent Territory Sales Manager to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will manage and grow business within existing accounts, generate new leads, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the assigned territory.

Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Conduct research to identify potential prospects and market trends.

Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.

Conduct regular sales presentations to promote our product range and services.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve sales targets.

Utilize Salesforce and CRM systems to manage your sales pipeline and customer data.

Provide solutions to any customer service or quality issues that arise.

Determine efficient shipping methods to ensure timely delivery of our products.

Prepare and submit detailed proposals and quotes to potential clients.

Regularly review sales performance and meet or exceed established sales targets.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree is preferred; comparable industry experience will be considered.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar B2B industrial sales role.

2+ years of sales experience in the packaging industry is preferred.

Proven track record in prospecting, cold calling, and territory management.

Exceptional outside sales and lead‑generation skills.

Experience using Salesforce and CRM systems.

Advanced verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical skills with a problem‑solving attitude.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Strong decision‑making and leadership abilities.

Excellent negotiation and networking skills.

Passion for results and drive to exceed expectations.

Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
