A client with Kforce is seeking an Outbound Sales Consultant II to join their team in Washington, DC. The Small Business Group (SBG) Inside sales team supports customers by providing a consultative sales experience around how to start, protect, manage, and grow their small business. You will spend the majority of your time engaging with small businesses to discuss their aspirations, uncover needs, and discover problems you can solve with the client's offerings.

Responsibilities Work performed:
Accountant/Accounting Firm Sales
“Sell through” not “Sell to” – influential sales
Products: QuickBooks Online (Accounting) and QuickBooks Payroll
Slightly deeper sales call that is usually more than a one‑call close
Two roles: Lead Development Reps & Account Executive Reps – LDRs book appointments for AEs for a deeper conversation on a typically 30‑minute sales call
Additional Notes
Expected to make 40 calls a day, receiving warm leads from the chat team so no cold calls; these customers are expecting a call
Responsible for carrying a quote, calls per day, selling a product mix
After Training and Nesting
Applicable sites: Any U.S. location eligible (remote role)

Pay Information The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting. Compensation may vary based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
