Base pay range $205,000.00/yr - $243,500.00/yr

Responsibilities

Own quarterly/annual SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and disclosures

Drive the SEC reporting calendar and streamline end‑to‑end processes

Prepare & present materials for Disclosure/Audit Committees

Mentor a team of 3 analysts; enforce best‑in‑class controls

Partner on new FASB/SEC guidance and special projects

Requirements

CPA required; Big‑4 experience strongly preferred

12+ years of experience, including senior‑level SEC reporting (ability to own and lead the process)

US GAAP, SOX 404, and Workiva/Wdesk familiarity

Executive presence; proven ability to present to senior leaders

Success in fast‑paced, complex, global environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably, in good faith, believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
