About the Role The National Accounts Director at Regenesis plays a pivotal leadership role, overseeing the management and growth of major client relationships across the nation. This position is critical to driving business development, ensuring patient satisfaction, and executing strategic initiatives that align with Regenesis's mission and objectives.
Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management:
Develop and nurture high-value relationships with national clients, acting as the primary liaison between Regenesis and its largest accounts.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding Regenesis's footprint within existing accounts, as well as targeting and securing new national accounts.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Work closely with internal teams—including sales, marketing, operations, and product development—to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on account performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, providing strategic insights to executive leadership.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required.
Minimum 4 to 5 years Sales Experience in the Healthcare industry.
Minimum 3 years experience in medical device or similar sales.
Familiarity with medical terminology as it pertains to pain management and wound care.
Required Skills
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the regional business including market dynamics, KPIs, and trends.
Anticipate opportunities and threats.
Excellent leadership skills.
Project management capabilities.
Good analytical and conceptual abilities.
Demonstrate ability to set vision and strategy, understand the business, and build and inspire teams for success.
Navigating access and logistical barriers unique to Indian Health Service (IHS) settings, such as facility credentialing, insurance factors, and multi-level decision-making processes.
The ability to present and defend device value to multi-stakeholder groups—including hospital committees and clinical staff—with clear clinical and economic evidence.
