Internal Sales Support Specialist

About the Role As an Internal Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our clients' sales efforts by providing top-tier pre‑sales support. You will be the go‑to resource for our client's sales team, offering expert guidance on everything from product details and case design to illustrations and underwriting support. Your contributions will directly impact the sales process, ensuring we provide the best service and solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide industry‑leading support to sales teams and business partners across the life insurance sales process.
Assist with product information, case design, illustrations, and new business/underwriting needs to ensure smooth sales cycles.
Collaborate closely with producers, back‑office teams, wholesalers, and internal partners to drive sales and strengthen relationships.
Leverage your innovative mindset to create solutions that help win sales and strengthen the John Hancock brand in the marketplace.
Exhibit strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to support the sales team and resolve challenges effectively.
Work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment while maintaining professionalism and reliability.
