Responsibilities
Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures.
Develop planning documents and technical studies for local, state, and federal agencies.
Assessing opportunities for water conservation, use of reclaimed water, and improving environmental performance.
Assessing opportunities to water and wastewater system resilience, including planning for climate change impacts to water resources.
Assisting agencies with reviewing compliance to regulatory requirements.
Preparing and editing technical reports and presentations.
Collect, assimilate and manage project‑related data for environmental and planning‑related studies.
Assist in preparation and participation of public/client meetings.
Assist senior staff in other utility management task assignments as needed.
Develop and/or update asset management programs/plans and related documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.
Engineer In Training (EIT) certificate.
Interest or experience analyzing and designing water‑focused systems.
Experience with production, simulation, and automation such as BIM systems, numerical modeling platforms, and other production tools.
Microsoft Office experience.
Must be able to work in a team environment.

Primary location: United States-Washington-Bellevue
Salary range: $80,070 - $108,330 (Seattle/Bellevue, WA)
