Software Engineer
Location:
Princeton, NJ. Travel to client sites may be required.
Responsibilities
Involved in all phases of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Develop Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test data, Test procedures, and Test reports.
Verify integration of various components in the applications and execute end‑to‑end testing.
Perform back‑end testing by writing and executing SQL queries in SQL Server to validate data integration and consistency with front‑end values.
Setup performance testing architecture and run load tests on web services and microservices.
Develop and manage bug lifecycle throughout the development period using VSTS.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent, or minimum 2 months hands‑on experience as a Program Analyst designing and developing projects.
Experience in analyzing and resolving development issues; maintaining bug‑tracking tools.
Knowledge of Database Management Systems, Computer Security, Database Design, Web & Mobile Web Development.
Experience with SQL, performance testing, and bug lifecycle management.
Availability: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
