Senior Network QA Engineer
Location: San Jose (onsite)
Compensation: Total package up to $325k first year (Base + bonus + stocks)

What You Will Be Doing
Designing and reviewing test scenarios, cases, and automation scripts
Validating system‑level PCIe switch functionality, performance, and compliance
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure robust testing coverage
Analyzing design and functional specifications to develop comprehensive test strategies
Reviewing user documentation for accuracy and clarity
Managing multiple concurrent tasks and release cycles
What You Need For The Position
Bachelor’s in Engineering + 5 years or Master’s + 3 years experience with testing/QA
Strong grasp of networking protocols, especially L2/L3
A desire to learn PCIe‑based system architecture
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills
Strong communication abilities and a proactive mindset
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
Proficiency in Python for automation and system‑level scripting
RoCE (RDMA over Converged Ethernet)
Familiarity with GPUs (AMD/NVIDIA), storage tools (NVMe)
Exposure to deep learning models including NLP, LLMs, recommendation systems, and image classification is a bonus
