Software Engineer 3 (contractor)
position is part of the IT Administrative Applications Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team and will play a crucial role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining RPA solutions. The Software Engineer 3 will perform development duties that include solution design, process automation, infrastructure management, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
8 years of hands‑on RPA development experience, including at least 4 years specifically using Blue Prism
8 years of experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases
8 years of experience with RESTful web services.
Preferred Skills
4 years of experience with API development
4 years of experience in process discovery, requirements gathering, and solution architecture
4 years of proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python
3 years of experience with Azure infrastructure, including troubleshooting
3 years of experience with software development using Agile methodologies
1 year of experience with Power Automate development
1 year of experience supporting Health and Human Services or OIG
