Senior Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Employment: Full-time salary + benefits
Salary range: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00
Required Skills & Experience
Strong background in mission critical/data center construction management.
Proven leadership on large projects (+$500M)
Management experience responsible for teams of +30 direct reprots
Key Responsibilities
Lead and reinforce a strong safety culture; investigate incidents and provide corrective training.
Support preconstruction activities: quantity takeoffs, scope development, trade coordination, scheduling, bid packaging, and bid list creation.
Manage buyout: verify pricing/scope, select bidders, perform gap analyses, and issue subcontracts.
Oversee submittal processes: set schedules, coordinate priorities, and review/approve shop drawings and samples.
Ensure timely return and distribution of approved submittals to maintain schedule compliance.
Participate in preconstruction client discussions and guide the development of conceptual estimates through GMP.
Complete estimating and productivity analyses and oversee preconstruction deliverables.
Identify and manage project risks across all phases.
