Senior Product Marketing Manager, Banking

The role drives product marketing for the banking industry, partnering with product, sales, marketing, business development, and customer success to deliver integrated go‑to‑market plans and messaging that transform how financial organizations work with content.
Responsibilities
Partner with field sales, inside sales, marketing, professional services, and other teams to develop industry positioning, messaging, and target marketing for banking.
Create content for the website, collateral, PR, media, analyst briefings, events, online marketing, and customer stories.
Represent Box at speaking engagements, conferences, and analyst briefings.
Deliver sales training and enablement to internal teams and external partners.
Develop sales tools such as sales kits, ROI analysis, qualification and messaging guides to enhance sales effectiveness.
Build expertise on Box’s product portfolio and align features and capabilities with banking use cases.
Develop and execute the content strategy for external marketing channels and enablement assets for sales and customer success to drive pipeline creation.
Act as a subject‑matter expert for banking, partnering across teams and customers to understand challenges and drive business results in the industry.
Qualifications
6+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing with a focus on commercial or retail banking, wealth management, or capital markets.
Excellent written and spoken communication, presentation skills, and ability to create effective presentations.
Strong storyteller with expertise in AI and financial services, able to develop messaging, GTM, content strategies, and sales enablement materials.
Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, buyer personas, and what financial services sellers need to succeed.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive cross‑functional initiatives without direct authority.
Passion for leveraging AI‑first approaches to enable faster, smarter decisions and a “make it happen” mindset.
