Mid-Market Account Executive | PE-Backed, B2B SaaS, LegalTech | Boston (Hybrid) Our client is a high-growth, PE-backed LegalTech company transforming how both in-house councils and law firms manage contracts at scale. With modern, intelligent automation and intuitive user experience, the platform streamlines contract workflows, accelerates deal cycles, and reduces operational risk for client organizations.

Over the past three years, the company has doubled annual recurring revenue year over year to $30 million and is on track to do so again by the end of 2026. Backed by top-tier investors and expanding rapidly across the U.S. and internationally, they are hiring high-performing Account Executives who are energized by fast growth, new challenges, and the opportunity to have a major impact from day one.

The Role As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will run a full-cycle sales motion, from prospecting and discovery to solution positioning, negotiation, and close, while partnering closely with SDRs and leadership to refine strategy in a fast-scaling environment.

The ideal candidate brings a track record of exceeding quota in a SaaS sales role and the ability to guide customers through the sales process and turn complicated needs into simple, valuable solutions. You should be comfortable in a dynamic startup environment where ownership is high, speed matters, and customer conversations are strategic and sophisticated.

Responsibilities

Drive full-cycle sales across the mid-market segment, from pipeline creation through closed-won revenue.

Execute a consultative, value-based sales process tailored to legal, procurement, and operations stakeholders.

Partner with SDRs to optimize outbound performance, refine messaging, and accelerate high-quality pipeline generation.

Deliver compelling product demos and collaborate with Sales Engineering to address technical or workflow-specific needs.

Manage complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders, navigating legal and commercial buying processes.

Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and deal hygiene within the CRM.

Contribute feedback to Product, Marketing, and GTM leadership to help shape market positioning and product development.

Represent the company as a trusted advisor, educating prospects on best practices for contract lifecycle management and AI-driven automation.

What We Need to See (Essential)

Proven ability to meet quota in a Mid-Market or SMB Account Executive role within B2B SaaS.

A strong outbound or prospecting foundation, with the ability to develop pipeline efficiently.

Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and translate workflow challenges into measurable ROI.

High motivation, strong ownership mindset, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, start up environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

What We’d Like to See (Bonus)

Experience selling LegalTech, workflow automation, CLM, SaaS, or adjacent technologies.

Prior success in a fast-growth startup.

Package:
