The Role We’re hiring an
Implementation & Solutions Consultant
to own the technical and operational delivery of Nuvo’s onboarding experience. You will guide customers from signed contract to successful go‑live by ensuring fast, smooth, and reliable implementations.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, and Product. You’ll translate customer goals into actionable implementation plans, manage integrations and data workflows, and act as the technical backbone of our post‑sales experience.
What You’ll Do
Lead customers through Nuvo’s onboarding process from kickoff to go‑live, including setup, data mapping, integrations, and configuration.
Run technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, data sources, workflows, and timelines.
Build tailored implementation plans in partnership with CSMs, defining success metrics and key milestones.
Troubleshoot onboarding issues, guide customers through API usage and ERP integrations, and escalate blockers to Engineering when needed.
Create reusable implementation tools, templates, checklists, and documentation to streamline delivery.
Develop best‑practice recommendations for how customers should integrate and operationalize Nuvo within their systems.
Partner with Sales and Product to scope custom requirements, ensuring a smooth and accurate handoff post‑sale.
Provide technical enablement for CSMs and support them on complex post‑onboarding inquiries.
Identify recurring onboarding friction points and propose scalable solutions to reduce time‑to‑value.
Influence Nuvo’s roadmap by sharing customer insights, integration patterns, and product improvement opportunities.
About You
3–7+ years in post‑sales technical roles such as Implementation Manager, Solutions Consultant, or Onboarding Specialist.
Strong familiarity with API‑based integrations, data mapping concepts, and system configuration.
Comfortable leading technical discussions with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
A natural project manager: organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple customer timelines without losing track.
A clear, empathetic communicator who builds confidence with customers and teammates.
Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment where customer impact is the priority.
