General Manager – Veteran Employment Advisor

TheMilVet is partnered with a major Fortune 500 home services organization in North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone coming out of a heavy services‑based industry such as HVAC, roofing, siding, windows, electrical, or plumbing. Role Overview:
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of a location’s day‑to‑day operations. The GM drives growth, performance metrics, creates workplace culture, and develops all staff and management. Responsibilities: Own the full operating P&L for a specific geography in the continental U.S. Hire and manage business leaders within the company. Partner with peer GMs to share best practices across the platform. Collaborate with regional leadership and partner services teams to drive organic growth. Professional Qualifications: Strong will to win as a team. Ownership mentality and growth mindset. Ability to identify opportunities, motivate employees, and create a culture of growth. KPI focus and history of building high‑retention teams of A‑players. Experience operating at a high pace and deep respect for blue‑collar workers. Compensation:
