Position Description As a key member of the
Offering Development Team , the
Energy Policy Compliance Analyst
plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and compliance of renewable energy system data used for credit and incentive qualification. This role supports both
EnFin
and
Qcells
by delivering high‑quality performance reports, compliance insights, and data validation that underpin funding eligibility and long‑term system value. The Analyst will collaborate closely with
Quality Systems & Service (QSS) ,
EnFin Operations , and
Capital Markets
teams to verify data integrity and ensure adherence to program and regulatory requirements. This position blends manual and automated data analysis to assess system performance, validate compliance, and optimize reporting efficiency.
Responsibilities
Utilize Excel Toolkits and data analytics to perform quality checks on QSS and third‑party TPO data submission review processes for our dealers and partner installers
Create and manage dashboards and reports in Tableau to provide key stakeholders with actionable insights into system performance and compliance for fund reporting
Perform quality and compliance checks on system data submitted by dealers and third‑party owners (TPOs), using Excel toolkits and analytics platforms
Review system tranches for tax credit eligibility, incentive qualification, and data integrity to ensure alignment with reporting standards
Develop and maintain data pipelines to consolidate information from Salesforce, Excel‑based trackers, and other internal systems into cloud‑based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, AWS S3)
Build and manage Tableau dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with insights into system compliance, performance, and incentive eligibility
Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and quality issues, ensuring datasets meet fund and incentive program requirements
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data needs and deliver accurate, timely metrics for fund acceptance and incentive reporting
Automate data validation and cleansing processes to streamline compliance workflows and improve reporting efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related technical field, with 3‑5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or in a similar role
Demonstrated expertise in Excel‑based data analysis, modeling, and business intelligence reporting
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, with experience using cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or AWS S3
Strong working knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) for developing dashboards and reports
Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R for data analysis and process automation
Skilled in editing and building product combination codes and algorithms to support rapid, accurate fund analysis of system asset data
Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in solar technology platforms or renewable energy products
Proficiency in Korean is a plus
