PharMerica . This position focuses on expanding business opportunities within Behavioral Health and Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (IDD). The role is Remote, requiring residence within the territory (OR & WA).

Overview Accelerate your career with a team that applies innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes. We seek a leader with experience in B2B sales and behavioral health/IDD care, capable of communicating with executive‑level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the RVP of Sales to evaluate and qualify new business opportunities.

Identify opportunities through sales calls, referrals, targeting reports, and CRM; communicate market needs to IDD agencies and behavioral health organizations.

Coordinate contracting, startup of new accounts, and transition account services to pharmacy operations.

Develop strategic territory plans using marketing segmentation data and execute plans to target high‑potential customers.

Maintain and strengthen customer relationships with ongoing support.

Customize presentations and proposals to meet customer needs.

Achieve quarterly and annual bed and revenue goals.

Coordinate with pharmacy team members to uncover leads and resolve service concerns.

Complete sales, reporting, and contracting for new business and other administrative procedures.

Participate in local, state, and national industry trade shows as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Adhere to the company’s code of business conduct, policies, and applicable laws.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience selling healthcare services to IDD agencies and behavioral health facilities (preferred).

Three or more years of prior sales experience in healthcare, medical equipment, or consumer products.

Experience selling and negotiating contracts (plus).

Proficient with MS Office Suite, HubSpot, and CRM.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 75% of the time.

Results‑oriented, adaptable, organized, and strong oral communication skills.

Commission plan Employment Details Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm, weekend availability as needed. 60‑70% travel.
