Sr. Director of Logistics
to join our remote team. The Sr. Director of Logistics will lead global end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution, ensuring scalable, efficient, and high-quality operations across procurement, warehousing, distribution, and international logistics. Responsibilities
Build the 2 to 3-year logistics strategy roadmap to support e‑commerce and international growth, including automation, systems, and organizational design
Continue to develop a global scalability plan to support e‑commerce growth and international expansion
Lead strategic operational decision‑making across supply chain, logistics, and e‑commerce enablement
Own global end‑to‑end logistics planning, including international distribution and customs
Manage inventory planning, replenishment, and global supply management
Oversee global 3PL setup, performance management, and continuous optimization
Lead warehouse setup, warehouse management processes, and ongoing improvement
Drive cost‑to‑serve modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning
Lead technology enablement initiatives, including Order Management System & Warehouse Management System integration, and last‑mile optimization tools
Partner with Product and Engineering on systems supporting order orchestration
Oversee data collection processes and partner on building dashboards for operational insights
Lead major cross‑functional programs that enable e‑commerce scale
Redesign and optimize business processes across order‑to‑delivery workflows
Build and standardize operational processes, SOPs, and governance frameworks
Maintain operational quality, compliance, and enterprise risk oversight within supply chain
Manage relationships and performance of global wholesalers, vendors, delivery partners, and logistics networks
Oversee vendor negotiations and contracting to drive cost efficiency and operational resilience
Lead a team of program managers, analysts, and operations architects
Collaborate with digital, product, engineering, and finance teams on interconnected operational initiatives
Enable omnichannel fulfillment strategies in partnership with e‑commerce and digital teams
Requirements
7 to 10 years of progressive experience in global operations, supply chain, or logistics leadership, with demonstrated success managing and scaling global teams
Proven experience building and scaling e‑commerce operations, including fulfillment, systems, and international distribution
Strong expertise in global E2E logistics planning, inventory management, and cross‑border shipping
Demonstrated experience managing global 3PLs, warehouse operations, and vendor or wholesaler networks
History of owning operational process design, SOP development, and operational governance
Ability to lead complex, cross‑functional programs
Strong analytical foundations with experience in forecasting, cost modeling, KPI development, and dashboard tools
Experience driving international expansion including market entry assessments, customs requirements, and regulatory considerations
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high‑performing global teams
Proven capability in both long‑term strategic planning and hands‑on execution across supply chain and e‑commerce operations
Experience working in a fast‑paced startup environment
