The Director, Strategic Pricing and Value Realization leads the design, implementation, and optimization of pricing strategies across the organization to ensure long-term market expansion and enable profitable growth. This role elevates pricing from a functional capability to a strategic growth lever, ensuring that Generac maximizes revenue, profitability, and customer loyalty across all channel S.

Major Responsibilities

Defines and executes Generac’s pricing and value realization strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, market positioning, and customer value creat

Serves as the executive authority on pricing, advising business unit leaders and senior management on pricing structures, revenue models, and monetization opportunit

Anticipates and adapts to macroeconomic, competitive, and regulatory shifts that impact pricing strateg

Drives enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance revenue growth and margin expansion through strategic pricing, bundling, and promotional framewo

Establishes and manages governance for MSRP, MAP, and promotional pricing to ensure consistency, transparency, and profitability across channels in the residential busines

Leads strategic scenario planning and predictive modeling to guide executive decision-making on pricing actions and trade-o

Oversees advanced pricing analytics, consumer elasticity modeling, and competitive intelligence to inform enterprise pricing strat

Guides the use of AI/ML, predictive analytics, and algorithmic pricing engines to enhance responsiveness, scalability, and accuracy of pricing decisi

Partners with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales leaders to integrate pricing strategy into product lifecycle planning, go-to-market strategies, and commercial execut

Collaborates with Finance, Operations and Supply Chain leaders to align pricing with demand planning, channel health, and inventory optimizat

Ensures executive-level visibility into pricing outcomes through high-impact presentations and financial report

Builds and leads a high-performing pricing and value realization team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, innovation, and accountabil

Develops scalable processes, systems, and tools to institutionalize pricing excelle

Mentors senior pricing professionals, preparing the next generation of leaders in pricing strategy and revenue managem

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, economics, or related field (MBA or Master’s degree prefer

Certification / Licenses

Experience 10 years of progressive experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy within CPG, industrial, manufacturing, or technology ind

Minimum 5 years in leadership roles with direct responsibility for enterprise pricing strategy and P&L in

Deep expertise in value-based pricing, revenue optimization, consumer behavior, and retail e
