Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Position Overview The Director of Operations oversees the day-to-day functions of the agency, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and achievement of strategic objectives. This leader will work closely with senior management to implement best practices in home care, optimize workflows, and support a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage daily LHCSA operations in alignment with DOH, state, and federal regulations.

Develop and enforce operational policies, standards, and procedures.

Lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure agency-wide compliance.

Coach and supervise department leaders to maintain high-functioning teams.

Support strategic planning and execution of organizational objectives.

Oversee policy development in collaboration with HR and clinical leadership.

Review POCs, HPN, and other compliance-driven documentation.

Prepare quality reports and participate in QI committees.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of corporate staff.

Represent the agency at local, state, and national home care events and organizations.

Qualifications

Must have LCHSA experience - required.

Minimum 2 years as a Director of Operations, Executive Director, or senior administrative leader in home care OR Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Strong understanding of DOH regulations and QA/Compliance standards.

Ability to problem-solve, multi-task, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Strong computer skills and familiarity with home care operational software.

Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
