Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Washington, DC for a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), offering a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. The Lead BCBA will manage and oversee clinical programs, supervise behavior technicians, and ensure the highest quality of care. Additional responsibilities include conducting behavior assessments, developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans (BIPs), training staff, and collaborating with families to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.
Qualifications
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and an in-depth understanding of behavior analysis principles.
Experience in conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and utilizing evidence‑based interventions.
Skills in supervising, mentoring, and training behavior technicians and junior team members.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with families, clients, and interdisciplinary teams.
Ability to collect, interpret, and apply data to drive decision‑making and progress monitoring.
Familiarity with tools and platforms for behavior tracking and case management is a plus.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Demonstrated commitment to providing high‑quality, family‑centered therapy services.
