Role Description This full-time on-site role, located in Washington, MI, is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, and monitoring progress for individuals with autism spectrum disorders. The role also involves providing training and guidance to caregivers and staff, analyzing data to adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensuring all interventions align with best practices in applied behavior analysis.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Experience in developing and implementing Behavior Management strategies
Ability to provide Parent Education and collaborate with families effectively
Knowledge in Psychology and its application in managing behaviors
Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders preferred
Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, or related field required
