About The Role

Partner with business development team members to execute key projects and initiatives, building strong relationships across BD functions and developing expertise in core technology industry groups.

Coordinate logistics, communications, and content for major tech-focused events—including the firm’s annual Tech Law Summit—and support post-event follow-up to maximize BD opportunities.

Collaborate with Attorney Learning & Development to support internal programs, including scheduling, topic coordination, and presentation materials.

Maintain and update marketing materials and internal industry pages, ensuring accuracy and consistency across bios, descriptions, and online content.

Support pitch and RFP development by coordinating research, collateral, and materials alongside the Marketing Pitch Hub.

Develop polished PowerPoint presentations and visual materials for internal trainings, meetings, and communications, partnering with Creative Services as needed.

Work with the research team to gather market, industry, and prospect intelligence; maintain up-to-date Salesforce data, matter descriptions, and marketing collateral.

About You

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing or related field.

Three years of relevant experience in professional services marketing; law firm experience preferred.

High degree of motivation, with driving sense of responsibility, accountability, and responsiveness.

Excellent writing skills. Ability to prepare focused and specialized written materials.

Excellent attention to detail in all areas, including writing, copy editing, researching, and managing data.

Understanding of best practices for events (in-person and virtual) from planning, logistics, implementation, and proactive follow-up.

Excellent organizational skills: ability to manage multiple requests, assess priorities, and achieve solutions under deadlines. Ability to follow essential instructions.

Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: local market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

San Francisco, Palo Alto salary range: $63k to $88k
