Our consumer banking division serves clients throughout their life journey, acting as the “face-of-the-bank” for retail clients and connecting them with business partners. Our teams diagnose client needs, provide tailored advice, and ensure ease, convenience, financial wellness, and security. We aim to be a one-stop shop, assisting clients with everything from basic financial questions to complex lending situations.

Job Description

The Director, Consumer Data and Analytics is accountable for ensuring division-level objectives are fully aligned with market‑specific opportunities and driving impact by empowering senior business leaders across the Consumer division through the strategic delivery of data analytics, automation, reporting, and data accuracy. The Director will lead a high‑performing team focused on developing advanced analytical tools and dashboards, while championing innovation to solve complex business challenges, synthesis of complex data, advanced analytics, and rigorous performance measurement. By setting and governing KPIs, they empower senior leadership to make informed decisions that drive continuous improvement and sustained growth.

You will lead customer segmentation initiatives to deliver insights for targeted market approaches and investment decisions.

You will act as a strategic advisor to executives, presenting data‑driven insights to influence decision‑making and alignment.

You will champion innovation by fostering a culture of learning, experimentation, and adoption of emerging methodologies.

You will build and mentor high‑performing analytics teams, promoting growth, collaboration, and alignment with enterprise values.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 12 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or a related leadership role within financial services or a similarly complex industry.
