REGIONAL DIRECTOR - CAR WASH (Cover NC/SC Region) ***must have car wash management experience***
Role The Regional Director oversees the standardization and optimization of the company’s daily operating performance through developed processes and procedures. Cover a multi-state territory in the Mid‑Atlantic region – up to 30 locations.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day‑to‑day operational activities of the company, ensuring efficient and effective management.
Provide strong leadership to all District and General Managers.
Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards to evaluate company efficiency and effectiveness.
Review, analyze, and evaluate business procedures.
Implement policies and procedures that improve day‑to‑day operations.
Ensure work environments are adequate and safe.
Oversee manufacturing, purchasing, and sales departments to meet departmental and company goals.
Plan, direct, control, and forecast budgets and costs in each division to achieve financial objectives.
Communicate new directives, policies, or procedures to managers and operations staff, maintaining morale.
Improve customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
Coordinate and integrate operations, engineering, technology, and customer service divisions for smoother workflow and cost‑effective processes.
Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
Participate in hiring and training of District and General Managers.
Organize and oversee the work and schedules of District and General Managers.
Conduct timely performance evaluations that are constructive.
Handle discipline and termination of employees as needed, in accordance with company policy.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Extensive and diversified background with at least 10 years of experience in the car wash industry.
Experience overseeing approximately 30 locations in a similar role.
Master’s degree in business administration preferred.
8+ years of experience in a multi‑unit management leadership role.
Valid driver’s license and insurance coverage.
High‑level knowledge of car wash equipment and chemistry.
Thorough understanding of business and finance practices, theories, and policies.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong managerial and diplomacy skills.
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.

Maintain proactive safety approach and monitor workflow.
Respond quickly to sounds and dangerous situations.
Move safely over uneven terrain and confined spaces.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk may be required.
Travel at least 50% of the time.
