District Manager – Car Wash (Virginia Area)
The District Manager (DM) will oversee 5‑6 locations within a designated district, ensuring operational excellence, driving performance, and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve company goals. This role requires experience running multiple car washes, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of car wash sites.
Leadership oversight of 5‑6 sites, with a site manager from each site as a direct report.
Conduct routine visits and audits of each reporting site.
Report metrics for all sites and train site managers to impact KPIs.
Serve as point of contact for escalated customer and associate issues.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the car wash industry as a multi‑site manager.
Familiarity with trouble‑shooting maintenance and operational issues as they arise.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel frequently within the district.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with relevant software applications.
Working Conditions This position requires frequent travel to various wash locations within the district. May involve working in outdoor environments and exposure to varying weather conditions. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
