General Manager (Electric/Design Build) - Q3C CO Primoris Services Corporation – Primoris Gas Operations, which includes Q3 Contracting, ARB, Primoris Distribution Services, Snelson, and Pipejacking Trenchless, has over 60 years of experience in the natural gas distribution industry. Q3C is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the Electric operations. This position will foster current business relationships, seek new growth opportunities, and manage the electric workforce with a background in lineman work.

Position Responsibilities:

Manage project operations throughout Colorado, suggest, direct, or initiate operational changes and adjustments to meet business goals.

Conduct regular, ongoing staff meetings with managers to create an environment of open and effective communication across the operational area.

Monitor and manage the “quality” process within all areas of responsibility, ensuring workforce, processes, equipment, and services meet or exceed customer expectations.

Monitor and manage overall project profitability within areas of responsibility, taking corrective action where necessary.

Establish and maintain frequent, ongoing contact with current customers and vendors to foster improved communications and long‑term relationships.

Ensure resources are shared across operational areas to optimize effectiveness while prudently managing resources.

Assist the Vice President with the evaluation of capital expenditures and job costs and share ideas regarding savings and efficiencies.

Assist the Division Estimator with the bidding process on new projects.

Develop and improve company personnel; foster an environment that rewards mentoring and encourages employee cooperation.

Communicate with the Traffic & Restoration division managers for resource sharing along with joint responsibilities for customer job completions.

Communicate and cooperate with all internal divisions such as Contract Administration, Human Resources, Safety and Training, and Operations regarding job details and requirements.

Other duties may be assigned.

Candidate Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years industry experience.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.

Experience in large‑scale projects or bid work, including project scope, schedule adherence, project milestones, and scope change management.

Experience leading distribution (overhead and underground) projects.

Experienced at reading, interpreting, and managing financial statements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Advanced knowledge of computers and Windows‑based software with ability to analyze and recommend financial and operational changes on an ongoing basis to the Vice President.

Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Compensation:

$150,000 – $200,000 annually (dependent on qualifications and experience).
