Position Overview This is a unique opportunity for a
Patent Prosecution Partner
with a portable book of business (regardless of size) to step into an
Equity Shareholder
role. The firm offers flexibility in office location and hybrid scheduling, along with the chance to work alongside a highly regarded IP team on sophisticated matters across industries.
Key Highlights

Strong support infrastructure and cross-practice collaboration.
Qualifications
J.D. and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
8+ years of experience in
patent prosecution , preferably with leadership or client development experience.
Portable book of business required (size flexible).
Strong client relationship skills and ability to contribute to firm growth.
