We’re seeking a Senior Vice President, Agile Coach to join our Agile Delivery Practice team in Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Help teams across lines of business adopt and improve Agile methods and practices to solve complex business improvement problems.

Operate at an enterprise level and help solve systematic problems in a structured manner.

Help people rethink and change the way they go about development.

Act as a servant leader to the team, supporting and evangelizing best practices for Agile and ways of working.

Possess experience and expertise acquired by supporting a business line with cross‑functional team leadership.

Propose and facilitate implementation of a long‑term strategy roadmap across the entire line of business before the pilot project.

Serve in a mentoring or coaching role only and be objective without personal or political considerations.

Design, propose, and facilitate implementation of a long‑term organization‑wide strategy before the pilot project.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.

10‑12 years of consulting experience advising senior IT and business management; experience in securities or financial services is a plus.

Strong knowledge of Lean‑Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods.

Understanding of the company organizational model, structure, and Agile journey history.
